The short bio: I write Young Adult novels, hate paper and love animals.

Why I blog: I believe everyone has a story. I hope to encourage others to tell that story, while I learn to tell mine. I hope you’ll subscribe to my blog and share your own story along the way. Being a writer can be a solitary endeavor, but there is a community of writers who share the same experiences. Together we can support each other.

The longer bio: I have always loved to write. I’ve wanted to be a writer since I was a small child. It has taken me a long time to believe I can actual be one, but now, I know that is what I am meant to do.

I grew up in Colorado and love the mountains. I moved to Nashville to go to college at Belmont University. I graduated with a degree in Marketing and Music Business. I currently work in accounting which frees my mind to be creative when I write.

I am editing my first novel and have begun work on two others. I can’t wait to share them with all of you one day.
